Scribe provides advanced searching features from any location.  At a glance, office staff can immediately determine the status of each report.  Records can be searched by patient name, medical record number, date of service, file name, and tracking number.  Newly dictated reports can also be easily tracked.  Dictators can review, edit, print, and electronically authenticate their reports online as soon as they are available.

Scribe supports a variety of dictation methods.  While there are many options for dictation, we highly recommend the Olympus brand handheld digital recorders for their cost-effectiveness, ease of use, portability, and reliability.
